Bargain Tuesday

That's right, it's buy one get 3 free on the Gee family blog. Instead of a blog about one thing, you get one blog about 4 things! I think that's a pretty good deal myself. Here goes . . . 1. Sunday, Jon and I were lamenting the fact that it hasn't snowed or iced or really done anything this winter. So what happens? IT SNOWS! It didn't last very long, and it was mostly melted by this morning, but it still counts.

2. Mom, I did my civic duty (as did Randi and Jon) and went and voted. It was kind of interesting because I voted at the fire station across from our church building. Since there is no parking at the fire station, everyone parks at the church. And since that is outside of the distance markers, there were several people there campaigning. I saw one lady with a Hillary Clinton sign, two ladies camped out in chairs with Obama signs, and several people for local elections. Now that the primaries are over here, hopefully the phone calls will stop!

3. Last week we went to the zoo. We love the zoo. Nothing terrible exciting, but I took this adorable picture of Mary (my niece). Isn't she cute? Here's one of Adam, just for good measure.

4. It's official. Today is Day 30. The kids asked all 30 days. We are getting a pet. Now we just have to figure out what that is . . .
