Toothache

It's 2:38 in the A.M.  I need to be sleeping.  I have a million things to get done in the next two days, and it would be really nice if I wasn't exhausted.  The problem?   I have a stupid toothache.  I took some Exedrin PM to help with the pain and to help me sleep.   The pain part worked for a couple hours.  The PM part is still working.  Do you have any idea what it's like to not be able to sleep because of pain, but keep having your eyes close involuntarily?  Arrrrgggghhh!  (On the positive side, I have time to actually read everyone's blog and comment.  You're welcome!)
