Our Spiritual Giant

Are you tired of hearing about my kids?  TOO BAD!   Ha ha ha ha!  I have a couple of cool things.  Last night, Emily was up for a while with an ear ache (which is NOT the cool part!).  I got up first with her, and then Jon.  She was in a pretty good amount of pain.  When Jon was up, he asked her if she wanted to say a prayer to ask Heavenly Father to help her.  She looked at him, and between sobs, said that she'd already said a prayer.  She told him while she was in bed, before we came up, she had prayed.  Wow, seriously?  Those primary teachers are doing a great job!  Then, today, as we were watching General Conference, Emily kept drawing us pictures.  And they were church pictures.  Yes, that's right - unprovoked church pictures!  And I think she draws better than I do (which is not really hard to do!).  Here's a couple of them:   [photopress:Emily___President_Hinckley.jpg,full,centered] President Hinckley speaking at the pulpit   [photopress:Dad___Emily_prayer.jpg,full,centered] Dad & Emily praying in her room Aren't kids the coolest?  I think I might be starting to understand that "become as a little child" thing . . .
