Anyone who knows me well knows that I have certain pet peeves, and I'm pretty vocal about them. Probably too vocal. Today, I discovered a couple new ones to add to the list.
1. Old people driving. Seriously, when I get to be old, anyone who is still young, and more coherent than me, needs to prevent me from driving. I followed this one lady who, no joke, was driving 3 miles an hour in a parking garage. And she'd randomly stop for a minute, just in case she missed a parking spot as she was speeding through aisles.
2. High milk/gas prices. I always complain about gas, but what is up with milk? I walked into Sam's Club today, and they now have one of those marquee signs showing the price of a gallon of milk for today, just like for gas. That is just sad. Is there some sort of cow OPEC that is controlling all the middle eastern cows, and they've decided that they hate me? What is the deal?
3. No air conditioner. I become really cranky when I'm warm. Our van AC is out, and we decided to wait until spring to fix it, because it SHOULD be getting cooler, and we SHOULD'NT have to use it anymore. Oh, and it costs about $700 to fix. Yeah, that's not working so well. I sit and wait for the kids every day for about an hour. Fun times. Last week I blogged that it was too cold. So what happens? It's now 80 again. I just can't win.
So, that's my list. I'm sure I'll probably come up with several other pet peeves before the day is over, but that's only because I'm warm and cranky!
