Family Reunion 2009

After the parade, we loaded up the car and headed down to Stillhouse Hollow Lake - down by Randi and CJ's new house in Temple - for a family reunion with all Mom's family. To be honest, I wasn't really excited to go. We were all pretty exhausted from late nights, it was REALLY hot, and I honestly don't enjoy swimming in brown water - and most Texas lakes are brown.

But, we had a fabulous time. Mom had more food than any 100 people could eat in one day. The lake was a surprising blue. It was heavenly swimming when it was 102. We got to hang out with all our family and eat and talk and eat and blow bubbles and eat and jump in the bounce house and eat and swim and eat and play games and eat!
