My kids have the best grandparents in the whole world! Every year to celebrate Grandparents Day, these grandparents travel far and take off work to come to whatever school my kids are in. Sometimes, they even do it twice if my kids are in two different schools! They share their small slice of bread or doughnut (mostly with Robbie), patiently stare at kids who won't talk back (typically Robbie, also - he's too busy eating doughnuts!), imbibe in McDonalds sickeningly sweet Orange Drink at 8:00 in the morning, and just love my kids. Aren't we lucky?!?
And just so you know, we missed our other grandparents who were not able to be there!

I agree - your kids are blessed to have wonderful grandparents, and to have them so close!
