Suddenly, my ONE box wasn't nearly as impressive as SIXTEEN boxes. So, I never posted.
But, our garden is flourishing, and it makes me happy. I seriously go outside 3 or 4 times a day to gaze lovingly at my plants.
I'm even growing things, which is a major improvement over last year. Look, real strawberries!
And real cucumbers (we count 16 at this point!).
And ONE pea pod. Apparently the pumpkins are selfish and refuse to stay in their allotted space - so the peas were being overrun until we moved the pumpkins! Ah, garden drama!
I'm excited to actually get to eat things from our garden. We've already informed the kids that they will try everything we grow in our garden. Yay for learning to be self-sufficient!

Dude, your box rocks and is way better than ours! Look at all those awsome veggies! We have barely grown anything in ours! You guys are amazing!
Wow! Talk about getting fruits of your labors! I should come over and sample for you :). Our is barely growing... I'm not expecting much this year. It feels good to grow something you can eat huh!
This is totally great! You learn on one box and then duplicate it and have two the next year! This is the perfect plan.. oh wait.. are you doing to make another one? It seems like a good idea since you are so totally great with the 1st one!
Oooh. I'm so glad you are going to get to reap the benefits of your hard work! Those strawberries and cucumbers look tasty!
It always starts with just one box and then before you know it you have 19 boxes and 9 fruit trees. Once you become successful at growing things then the next year you have to see what else you can grow.
Great job! I love garden food! Yours looks so pretty too!
I love your garden box :) Brian and I are thrilled that things are starting to grow, too! More garden boxes just means more weeding - who needs that in the summer heat??
