You know, I split Christmas into three posts because I was only planning on posting one thing at a time. Oh well, this way you get it all! Christmas afternoon, we headed down to Granbury to be with Jon's family. We had a great afternoon. We had a fabulous Christmas lunch. After lunch, we opened presents. Then, we relaxed and just hung out. On a sidenote, I have to brag on my kids. They were so sweet this year. I am constantly worried that by the time we are done with basically 3 Christmases, they will be little greedy monsters. But they weren't. They were so grateful for everything that they got. Emily was the cutest. She got REALLY excited over everything she got. It made my mommy heart warm. Anyway, we really enjoyed our Christmas this year. By the time we have done all 3 Christmases, we are normally sick of it all. But we weren't this year. I don't know what the difference was, but I am so grateful that we had such a wonderful and relaxing time with all our family. And I'm so grateful that they are all close so that we can see them . (I didn't a
little bit of whining this year that we don't
ever get to go anywhere for Christmas like everyone else, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.) I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, too!
