I noticed something strange the other day when I went to Wal-Mart. Okay, something stranger than the people that are normally there. (Hey, I can say that because
I shop at Wal-Mart.) I walked in the non food side of the store. All of the displays on that side of the store were health related. There were exercise balls, Slim Fast, Hydroxycut, etc. In my head, I thought, "It's the new year. Everyone wants to be more healthy and lose weight." Made perfect sense. Then I walked over the other side of the store. Do you know what I saw? Huge displays of chips and soda and stuff to make queso. Yeah, the Super Bowl is coming up. I'm so confused. Am I supposed to be healthy, or am I supposed to eat whatever I want because the holiest day in football land is fast approaching? Maybe I'll just eat some pork rinds and then wash it down with some Slim Fast. Or I could eat my queso why sitting on the exercise ball. I'm pretty sure that's the message I'm getting. It's all about balance . . .
